Kudi's product-specific Terms of Service are being finalised.

These product terms are not yet in effect.

Kudi Accounting’s own Terms of Service are being prepared and are pending review by qualified Ghanaian legal counsel. Until they are published, your use of Kudi is governed by the NEXUS Innov8 company Terms of Service , the terms of our parent company. We will publish Kudi’s product terms here once they are ratified, and tell existing customers before they take effect.

What Kudi's Terms will cover (draft outline — not binding)

The following is an outline of the areas the Kudi Terms of Service will address. It is a draft for information only and does not create any rights or obligations.

  • Who may use Kudi, accounts and acceptable use.
  • The service provided, and that Kudi prepares figures while you remain responsible for what you file with the GRA.
  • Fees and billing (once pricing is published).
  • Your data, ownership and export on leaving.
  • Availability, support and limits of liability.
  • Suspension, termination and changes to the terms.
  • Governing law (Ghana) and how disputes are handled.
