Privacy Policy

Kudi's product-specific Privacy Policy is being finalised.

This product privacy policy is not yet in effect.

Kudi Accounting’s own Privacy Policy is being prepared and is pending review by qualified Ghanaian legal counsel. Until it is published, how your information is handled is governed by the NEXUS Innov8 company Privacy Policy , the policy of our parent company. We will publish Kudi’s product policy here once it is ratified.

How Kudi handles your data today

In the meantime, here is the plain position: the business records you enter — invoices, expenses, bank and Mobile Money entries, ledgers and reports — are yours. They are kept strictly separate from every other business on Kudi and protected as described on our Security & your data page. We use your information to provide the accounting service to you; we do not sell it.
